Returns and Exchanges
We have a 7 day returns policy. The 7 day period commences from the date that you receive the goods that you have purchased. We accept returns for any reason.
It’s easy to do. Please contact us (email:email@example.com) to obtain an authorisation return number and we will send you the address for the goods to be returned and key information in addition to the instructions below.
You will need:
- The Confirmation/Order Number found on your receipt.
- To pack the product into its original packaging.
- To ensure that the product is in 'as new' condition, unaltered and undamaged, and with original labelling.
- To arrange shipping back to CircleHome. Please note that you will be responsible for the returns ‘shipping’ fee. It will be based on your location and the size of the items you are returning. If you have received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect and you wish to return it, you will not be charged for shipping the returned product to Circlehome. If returning items from two separate orders, you must make two separate returns.
The key thing is – you MUST have all the original packaging and the product MUST be unaffected.
For returns requested within 7 days of receiving the product, we’ll automatically refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment once it has been received, inspected and approved. Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process after our warehouse receives them.
We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your refund. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your refund to post on your bank statement, this depends on your bank and/or billing cycle.This return policy is in addition to any rights that may have under an applicable statute including your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL).
Cancelling or Changing Orders
Made to Order Products
Want your own creation? No problem, we can make it happen! Sometimes you might arrange a special colour, design or fabric for products in our range or a product that you may want created. We are happy to oblige. We just ask a couple of things of you.
Once a Made to Order product has been agreed upon, 30% of the total value is paid in advance. This can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and a full refund will apply. In case of a change or cancellation after this period, the full 30% will not be refunded as it will contribute to the design, pre planning and coordination fees and to any sampling that is already underway. If you do wish to change or cancel your order, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of ordering.
All Other Items
You can cancel your order at any time before the item has been packed by our team or dispatched the order will be deemed cancelled.
In this case you will be refunded the full amount. Please see Refunds.
If the product has been dispatched, please wait to receive the product then follow the Returns (link) Process. Email us (email@example.com) to arrange a return authorisation and we will put the ball in motion.
If you wish to return an item and exchange it for something else (for example a different colour), please email us (Hello@circlehom.com.au) and we will guide you through the exchange process.
We can only process refunds via the original payment method. In some cases, you may have the option of selecting a store credit.
